Intermediate in Computer Science (I.C.S) is a two years programme which begins after matriculation level and the aspirants who study Science subjects in Matric and wish to become a Computer / IT / Software Engineer normally get admission in this programme. At this level, the aspirants mainly study those subjects which are beneficial for the field of Information Technology / Computer Science. After the successful completion of I.C.S programme, the educational board present certificates to the students.

After the ten successful years of schooling, during which an aspirants gets the administered attention, he/she enters in intermediate level programme and is suddenly exposed to a completely new as well as different environment.

At this level the aspirant is treated as an adult, given significant latitude as well as asked to take the responsibility of his/her career planning.

That’s why these two years in the college are much important for his/her personality development and also for the preparation of a demanding professional journey.


What is Intermediate in Computer Science (I.C.S)?

Just like F.Sc., I.C.S is a two years programme offered by HGC. Intermediate in Computer Science (two years academic certificate) provides the aspirant a general experience as well knowledge about the basic Computing Science and Information Technology.

At this level the board is responsible for conducting exams of two parts (Intermediate Part – 1 & Part – 2) individually after the completion of sessions.
